Before discussing the actual techniques of programming, it is important to understand why the basic illuminist philosophy is used for programming people. All groups have a goal, and Illuminist are no exception. Money is not their ultimate goal - it is a means to an end. This end point, or goal, is no less than to rule the world. Illuminati plan is similar to the Soviet past "5 - year" and "10-year" plans. That is what Illuminist themselves believe and teach their followers as gospel truth.

As with any goal, the Illuminati has specific steps you plan to spend up to their goals. In short, every region in the United States have "nerve centers" or power bases for regional activity.
